Founded by Shana Grace Lloyd in Dayton, OH SPRIG is dining rooted in community. Her vision is to bring communities together around the table for delicious vibrant plates and intentional meaningful conversation. A Nature Preschool Teacher and Children’s Book Author, there is no shortage of creativity in Shana’s life but it has always been in the kitchen and serving others where her heart feels complete.

Shana is a self taught culinary gastronome who’s kitchen adventures began at the early age of 8 years old watching cooking shows and secretly making her first attempts at baking in the kitchen. For two decades, she’s been catching the eyes (and stomachs) of both the guests in her home, community and social media where she often shares her kitchen magic, beautiful dishes and baked goods & breads.

A firm believer that food is the gateway to happiness and health, GOOD food, Shana is excited to share her dishes inspired by age old recipes, fresh local fare and produce and support a thriving community of local growers. Her plates are truly an art to experience!

SPRIG hosts community tables through out the year, private dining experiences as well as in home curated dinners for small groups and events. Workshops and classes coming soon!
